Bayesian Social Science Research Lab

This undergraduate research lab is offered through the Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) Program and runs during Winter and Spring 2026. In the lab, students apply Bayesian modeling and modern machine learning techniques to real-world problems in the social sciences. Projects build on concepts and methods introduced in STA 108 and STA 145, with an emphasis on applied modeling, uncertainty quantification, and computational implementation.
